Systematic poker

Has anyone ever used the systematic poker e-books?
And if so what was there results?
I bouht the systematic poker Mtt e-book and have only used it a few times with mixed results but i would like to here if anyone elso has used the Mtt book and what they thought of it and any changes they made to it.
