| STT Post-Bubble Play I've been recently trying to build my bankroll playing $2 + .25 sng's on FT, but the problem is that I keep finishing in 3rd and barely above my starting point. I just finished playing 6 sng's in the past few hour and finished 3rd in 5 of them. I usually have a reasonable stack going in, but always end up busting. Can I get some advice on how to play after the bubble that may help be finish higher. Thanks. |

| In my experience there a two kinds of post-bubble players: Mostly, players loosen up a hell of a lot. People figure they're getting paid regardless, so they'll start to gamble it up. Even though the play is short-handed, it can sometimes be best just to let the other two players beat each other up, and try to only get involved when you've got a decent hand. There are some exceptions, of course: some players seem to know about the above phenomenon but take the reaction to extremes - they tighten all the way up and almost try to fold their way into second place. If someone's doing that, attack their blinds regularly. The other thing you can do is take a step back, play a very aggressive game on the bubble, and try to build a bigger stack to take into the final-three portion of the game. |

A low finish distribution once in the money is generally indicative of not being aggressive enough when it's 5 and 4 handed. |
