Strategies on Badugi

I just recently downloaded Bodog and found a tourney for Badugi. I didn't even know what it was and had to read the FAQ's just to have an idea as to how to play it. Played 2 Freerolls to get the hang of it, and I'm hooked! Anyone out there have any useful strategies for this game? And also, is there any other sites out there that have ring games for it? I am in the US so I need a US friendly site.

As far as I know, the Merge Network (Carbon, Nordica et al) is the only major network that offers Badugi, and it doesn`t seem to be much played even there.

A pity, because I have thought myself that it looked like an interesting game.
