speed poker / normal tables

Those who play on ipoker, do you prefer speed or normal tables? I just upgraded my HM to HM2 so the HUD works also on speed tables and I should be able to play more hands that way. Does anyone think that playing normal tables is significantly more +EV than speed?
I play 10nl, and mostly play normal tables in EUR but there are only USD speed tables.

play the speed tables and dont look back when fish will eat all your money no matter how tight you play ...KK vis AA is almost on regular basis,flush hits on 80% not to mention u hold a str and oponent a set and river makes a pair on board and u lose all ur mones holdinga str while oponent just got a FH ,happened to me today....

I find the speed tables tighter, but sometimes dont have the patience to wait around and just open up a few speed tables to get my fix

Mmm is interesent... but all the tables is good!!
