six handed or 10 handed?
depending on the big blind when is it better to be six handed versus 10 handed on cash tables (referring to Internet poker) and vice versa.
for example: like when you're playing micro tables or when you're playing the dollar tables |

if im playing larger limits i always like the 9 or 10 person cash games ofcourse because im a tight player who wits for quality hand....therefore i like the small and BB to hit me as less as possible........and onn micro cash games ill play 6 handed because its fun to loosen up your game becuase you can with six ...actually i won 1 dollar on jungle poker and turned it into about 11 playing 6 handed but then lost it all tooo lol

I love playing shorthanded no matter what stakes, it's more about playing the people than playing the cards in my opinion; whereas in 10handed games it's more about sitting back and waiting for good hands - that's how I see it anyways.

To me, it's completely a question of my mood. If I want action and full contact and/or if I don't have much time, I choose short handed tables. Otherwise, when I'm in the mood of strategic thinking and all the time in the world is mine, I like to play at 9/10-handed tables.
And - if you're kind of a bullying player, short handed tables might be the better choice for you. |
