Sit N Gos 10 hand blinds vs 10 min blinds

Ok, so I have started playing some single table Sit N Go tourneys at poker.com and have realized that the blinds increase every 10 hands instead of every 10 minutes. I have noticed that by the time there are 4 people left the blinds are super high, sometimes stacks are only 7-8x the BB. I play a TAG game at bodog sit n gos where the blinds go up every 10 minutes and I am never in danger of blinding out unless I am very low stacked. Even late in a tournament the low stack can still make plays without having to commit all your chips preflop. At poker.com it is pretty much all in or nothing once it gets to 4 people. Do you guys have any suggestions for strategy changes between the 2 different blind structures. At 10 min blinds I can play a very tight game until there are 3 people left, then I start to play much more aggressively. This strategy does not really work with 10 hand blinds because if I wait too long I will be extremely shortstacked if not blinded out. Any suggestions for playing the 10 min hand blinds?
