With 8 people left to act chances are that any of the given hands is dominated in one way or another. They should all be routine UTG folds.

Agreed. Think of it this way - what kind of flops would you want to see with JTo? AKQ rainbow? 987 rainbow?
Same things applies for all of those starting hands.
