| Predefined play number to quit ? I am so mad at myself after i blowed of 36 percent of my bankroll in one day. I have blowups with full bankroll 6 times till now. This time i was just lucky to exclude myself. Problem is i made a good promise to myself not to blowitup again two months ago but i see a pattern at myblowups. After i play more than 50 HU games in a day my game quality decreases. So as a strategy i decided to literaly exclude myself from playing every 20 HU games for 12 hours? ( using fulltilt exclude button ) I mean predefined loss number at casier makes me tilt but predefined number of games will help me focus i think. Need help what do u think ? PS: I read the "Poker Mindset" predefined time and cash figure help people tilt.It says play as long as u play your best poker. But after like 20 games i am really not sure me or the auto-losing pilot at my head is playing. |

| you will not succeed until you learn to control tilt imo. I find that I do best when I set a specific time limit to play. ie 1 hour, then I'll take a break. I may not even leave the table, but take a 5 min breather if I'm playing well, and wait til later if I think I need a longer break.. but self exclude can help if you have major issues. you need to take the money aspect out of the game I think. They're just a tool to more. BTW. If you have an issue w.beats. Come to my PLO tables and see why you CAN'T tilt and play well |
