Practice for live games

I'm really wanting to practice my live game play. I play in a weekly 2/4 NL Hold'em game that can get pretty pricey. I like that game but I'm hoping to have more opportunities to practice other than once a week when a good chunk of my BR is on the line.

Ideas for practice?

Look for a local poker club or casino that offers texas holdem near you. Join only low stake since you mention just a practice.

Maybe you can invite friends to your own site and play together? Or just join some poker clubs, which are quite easy to find with friend's reference.

Btw, online poker is actually a good place for you to improve your poker skill as you can play much more hands in the same time than that you can do in live poker games.
