Here's a little spreadsheet which can be used to keep track of your cash games and provide you with a simple profit and loss.

It's not meant as an alternative to Poker Tracker but some of you may find it useful. Feel free to use it if you wish.

thanks for the information..umm..is there a link missing to this spreadsheet program from your post..or are we not allowed to post links to other sites in our posts..im not sure as im still very new here..
i would definately be interested in checking it out..
