Anybody here is used to play sitngo's on pp?
I mean the $1 or $3 sits. I ask this because i started playing there and i'm loosing very badly because of the high speed of the blinds raising. Is there a different strategy to play in this low limits sitngo's. Please if anybody knows how to play in this sits give me some advise. |

Hi ando.
Do you normally play the Turbos, or the Speeds? I've played quite a lot on both and rarely play at normal speeds. The play at these SNG's, I find to be very poor, All in on k10, 55 etc first hand, seen that a few times today. The way I play, is just to stay out of the action for the first few levels, of course if a premium hand comes my way I'll play it, but otherwise im staying out of the action. This is a prime oppertunity to see who's good and who's not this will be vital for the bubble. Also do you have Sit & Go wizard? (google it if you dont, free trial really has helped my bubble play) When the blinds reach 100/200 it's time for push shove poker. Here If you have folded all hands up to this point, you would have less than 10 BB and it's time for Push fold poker. You've got to make some steals from the SB and Button here, the blinds are gonna destroy your stack if you dont. Your notes will be key here, the better players who know sng strategy will be more likely to respect you're shoves, where as the weaker players, may call you with anything. Had a player call my shove with 102o earlier. Sorry that is a bit vague and basic, but hope it helps a bit. |

SnG's I normally sit back in the beginning, and only play solid poker. I was down to about 20 BB, which wasn't short, but the leader had about 43, and I just played solid until I was in the money then I played position, and the chip bully, and took it down. Good luck to you. |

re: Playing sitngo's on PP poker
Solid poker is my style of play, but anyway i end up loosing because of the limited time there's to wait for good hands. When i get a good hand i have a very small stack or i lose to a worst hand in the end.
It's very frustrating. Do you know in which limit the blinds raise on a normal speed? |
