passive omaha table

at an omaha table with almost everyone calling..no raises

how much do you change what you consider a 'good hand'?

in a cash game obviously, play less hands and raise them..
but what about in a horse tournement...when if you miss the blinds are killing you?

also should I play more loose in a high/lo game?

What do you mean by 'change'? If you mean 'play more aggressively', then yes, with the right hands and position.

Tourneys are different from cash games. Your question is too general to answer succinctly. Hi/Lo is a different game. You don't play 'looser' on account of that itself. Like anything else, it depends on the table, cash vs. tourney, stack size, etc.
