Online Ring Games vs. Sng's

I have tried to play both ring games and SnG's to build my bankroll but I haven't been successful at either. I make the money in tournaments about 45% of the time. Tournaments are my strength but I can't get anywhere with the SnG's. I do well in ring games but I don't have the bankroll to sustain the down turns. I have tried the low limits ring games but i don't have the patience to build it with such low winnings because of the small money. What advice can anyone give me to build my bankroll. Tournaments require to much time and are to hard to consistantly build a bankroll unles you win a big one.

If you have an account on bodog their begginer sit n gos with buy ins ranging from $2+$0.20 -$32+$3 are a great way to build a bankroll. These pay out 5 places. Just play tight at the beggining and loosen up as the blinds go up also play position more as blinds go up. GL
