Nittily I want to play when all four cards are connected.

the worst hand I want to play is 2h 8h Ts 9d

Essentially I want to play with at least three connecting cards with the fourth card suited to a connector.

How many times will I see the flop?

I am not even going to hazard an answer here because starting hand alone in PLO as the only bit of information is the dumbest question in the world.

Does not even help. I need player reads, I need position, I need stack to pot size etc.
