| Omaha 8/l Question Why is it when someone is heads up against another player they always end up over-raising? Its going to be split right down the middle you can see it coming a mile away. But they still overbet. And by the time the hand is over both of us have lost some money because of the Rake. |

The could also be doing it thinking their low hand is good and they're a chance to scoop, or at least quarter you on the low pot. Keep in mind too that if you're going to the low hand, it's obvious to you what you're trying to do - but the other player might not pick up on it. |
