Ok, what kind of play is this?

I don't know if it's just me? Or if I just get in the bad SNGs, but everytime I seem to run into someone sitting out when there are like 4 or 5 players left, they ALWAYS seem to make the money 'sitting too', always 3rd, but still, wtf? Why get in a game just to sit out and make a 30cent profit.

It's annoying and just messes up how the game should play out. Blah

in sngs it is all about survival...only a few spots up for grabs so it pays to be conservative with your chips when u have them...sitting out isnt a great idead per se but playing tight and only big hands is the way to go...if you double up early on in a 18 person sng then you can relax for a bit and let others knock each other out....3000 chips in a sng will last for awhile and then when the blinds get bigger you can start playing .....in the mean time sit back and only play top five hands.....thats my suggestion to ya....good luck

by the way i think u are cute....lol...good luck at the tables and see u there hopefully

I agree, and thanks lol.

I norm play pretty tight if I win a big pot, because yea, people just knock each other out pretty quick. I just hate the one person to sit out and make the money before the actual playing...player?

lol

If players who are sitting out are beating you, there's something wrong with your game. You may want to be playing a bit looser so you can steal their blinds, or maybe you are too willing to put all your chips in the middle. Find the leak, and fix it. I almost never get beaten by players who sit out; I love it when players sit out during my sng.

Oh hell no, haha.
I didn't say they were beating me, I said it's annoying. I was wondering what goes through their mind to sit the game out and profit a measly .30

It'd be pretty embarrassing to be out before someone not there. They just mess the games progress. I think they should stick to freerolls.

sometimes they dont realize their game has loaded. That has happened to me on pokerstars when multitabling.
