Not the best strategy

I play regularly in different freerolls and I never win (except Absolute Poker two times). My strategy: I play only few hands (AK,QJ,Q10 etc.), pockets and A with suited card. I almost always finish in the first 50 places (I wait until I reach that places that paid and I go all in and I lose).
What do you think? Please help me.

First of all freerolls are usually very hard to win, because there's a lot of people in them. So don't feel to bad about never winning them. Besides what are you doing playing QJ and Q10 in a freeroll??? You need to tighten up dude. Your playing way to loose. Seeing around 20% of the flops works well for me in the freerolls.

I find that in freerolls that staying super tight and betting aggressively with AA, KK, QQ, and AK suited will help build your stack. After the first break I like to open up the high suited connectors and medium pocket pairs for raises because the blinds are usually big enough to steal to pad your stack but still try to remain tight throught the next few levels until the antes come in then loosen even more to keep your stack average. That how I do it and Ive finished pretty high on the Pokerstars freerolls and those are like an aquarium.

I am super tight and that is the problem. I haven't good hands and I play only every 10th hands, the blinds are raising and I lose my chips gradually.

The key for me is to gradually loosen up as the tournament prgresses. Just find your pace and adjust it to your style

listen to mike - you need to switch gears as the tournament progresses
play AA,KK,QQ,AK,JJ(cautiously) and lower PPs if you feel confident early on
then as the tourney progresses you need to start loosening up by playing more broadway hands KQ KJ AQ AJ AT JT and lower PPs but very cautiously, as these are trouble hands

It is ok, but usually I had not AA,KK,QQ,AK,JJ during the tourney. If I have I wait until the flop comes and go all in or just raise a huge. That is good play or not? How do you play with that hand(for example AK)? Please tell me how.

Thanks.

basically you're raising about the amount of the pot, or 3-5X the big blind if noones entered the pot yet
if you hit your hand then bet hard, pot-sized bets and if you're reraised then push
preflop, if you're re-raised i might push but be careful
i wouldnt really worry though, i mean you're playing for free
