No strategy here

Just curious. a lot of people have a favorite hand they'll play all the time. suited connectors, unsuited, unconnected, hi cards, lo cards, doesn't matter. because after all, even with all the perfect strategies, u never really do no what's comin outa there preflop. so my question is do u really play them ALL the time??!!

No. My favorite hand is 9/10 suited but I won't always play it. Depends on the players styles and action before it gets to me. In late position I'll limp or raise with it, in early position I'll limp with it and even call a moderate raise with it but not always.

A LOT depends upon opponents styles and the flow of the game, can I afford the speculation or not, big raise in front of me, will someone behind me re-raise. I may play it a lot but I fold it more often than I play it all the way through.

I try and make it cheap to the flop, if I hit then sweet, if not throw it away. if the tables too vilotile I have no problem throwing it away preflop.

No favorite hand, ever, in any game. Too likely to get married to it ...
