need help understanding

cant figure out how to play omaha h/L can any one give it to me the "K.I.S.S" method please read rules but i am a moron i guess thanks..

Any three (3) cards from the board combined with any two (2) from your hand to form either the highest or worst hand. Worst hand MUST be 5 cards 8 or lower. For low hands straights and flushes don't count. Thus the best low hand is a wheel, A2345.

That same wheel often wins high hand also.

The significant thing is to remember the 3-2 thing.

I like to use the kiss method when presented with the "walk her to her door" situation.
