I'm unsure exactly what a "multitable strategy" would be. I'd say while you're rocking the micros you're a fool if you're not as deep stacked as you can be, and playing no more tables than you can read the action at. If that means you can only keep up with 1 or 2, then keep it there, if more, go for it. The players are ultra literal and tend to stick with a decision once they've made it, so they stack off readily once you make them decide they want to call a bet. Just tear stacks off their faces and you'll start the long and educational climb. I found a ton of success being loose passive preflop and just getting in stacks with great hands against people overplaying moderate ones.

If you have profited $100 in a month at .01/.01 I would suggest moving up. You are doing well enough to play maybe .05/10. They play is similar so, your same methods should work. I am stuck at that level for ring games as I seem to win small and lose big.

You shouldn't change your strategy based on the number of tables you're playing. Find a game that works for you, and then find out how many tables you can successfully employ that strategy at. If you're having trouble playing more tables, say 9 is too many. Try playing 12 or 16 tables for awhile. After that, the speed of 9 seems much easier.

Strategy one ALL-IN with any average card from an average position. In this situation all depends on good luck because the chip-leader and as a rule will answer practically with any card and it is a successful way to double. But also it is not necessary to be upset - here as a rule will be classical coin-flip
