Micro table selection (NLHE)

Before joining a table are there certain things you like to look for and does your selection process change at different levels?

It depends on your style of play.

If you are a looser player you want to look for those games where not many players see a flop. This allows you to steal a whole lot more against tighter players if they miss the flop.

If you are a TAG then the micros can be heaven. Look for those games where there is a higher percentage of players seeing the flop. Stay tight and get your money in with the best hand. There isn't a lot of bluffing at a table like this because fish will call you down with mediocre hands, ie..middle pair, top pair lower kicker etc... Also you will have loads of people chasing but when they miss you make $$$

This is for the smallest of levels .01/.02 NLHE i am referring to but I believe the higher the stakes, the better the poker but at the same time I wouldn't change much in the way I play.

.....i look for the biggest chip stack though sometimes thats for a good reason but hey if they are not gonna let me roll over them i'll leave. but one thing i have learned from building through the micro stakes is definately watch the bluffs on the fish man they will hold on to bottom pair after three barrels all day.
