Line Profiling

Are there betting lines, for example in HE, that usually mean only one thing? So in a hand if a player, bets here, checks here, etc., can we ever, independent of most other factors such as reads and stack sizes, say that yes when a player makes this combination of bets/checks/raises 80-90% of the time this is the type of hand he has?

it depends on how long youve been observing or playing with the opponent. if you've been paying attention and what you just mentioned holds true, then sure. why not?

Rarely. This is very read-dependent, but vs unknown 'bad' players, certain lines can usually be associated with one type of hand.

ex ch-calling to the river only to ch-r when a draw hits is very frequently a draw that has hit.

or ch-calling to an innocuous river and the ch-raising can often mean a monster.

It's really too general of a subject to start relying on it with in-hand situations.
