| Levels and changing sites I am in need of some help in respect of levels, and which ones I should be playing when moving sites. I am currently playing NLH 10 seat cash games at $0.05/$0.10. This is the second level on the site I am playing and I am 50% up on my original bankroll in the last two months. However want I want to know is what happens if I move sites - taking away the basic principles of bankroll managment? Do I play the same value level ($0.05/$0.10), or do I play the second level up from the smallest stakes. I am also based in the UK which means that there are a number of sites which use sterling. What level do I play if I move to a UK based site? Do I use a rough exchange rate equal or is the standard of players different from site to site? Many thanks |

| Your bankroll is the same regardless if its spread on servral sites. The objective with BRM is to avoid going broke by short term varience so if u have no trouble moving money from site to site just play your normal limits. That said its obvs. kinda stupid to play 10NL if u only have 10$ in one site and cant/wont but more money on that site even if u have enough in your BR on another to play 10NL cause on bad beat will then clean u out. As for the exchange rate it doesnt change any thing,i use a 20/15(20buy-in i move up,15 i move down) buy-in BRM when playing ring games and that doesnt change if the site uses Dollers,Sterling or Euros. |
