Keeping up with the pot (Live game)

Does anyone have a system or method of keeping up with the pot in a live game without making it obvious..Just trying to get an edge in my local game....THANKS in advance........T

Um, count, lol. Sorry. Anyway I don't know of any special way to keep up with a count but it is always ok to ask the dealer for the count. Of course that gives information to your opponents.

Its really just a matter of keeping a running total of the bet amounts. Unless your local donks are not announcing their bets, which they should.

thanks guys...the guys i play with are pretty stand up guys and pick up on tells pretty quick..so any edge i find i use...thanks again..T
