4-bet sizing. What's standard and why? i have no idea what amount to 4-bet to.

So it's 25nl and i open for .75 , get 3bet to 2.25 usually im 4betting between 5.75 and 6.50, is this fine or is there merit to 4bet smaller or bigger?

If you never have air because people never fold then you might as well shove, if you're holding air fairly often you can go down to 2x-2.5x. If they sometimes fold and you usually or almost always have it 4bet fairly big and sometimes they spaz out. It's all about your range, hence WV's question.

Im only 4-betting when im happy to stack, so usually KK,AA, AK sometimes with most regulars, but obv against the right fish and maniacs stuff like JJ,QQ will be added too.

Of course if someone is taking the piss i will occasionally 4bet bluff, but very rarely as i find pulling these moves gets you into more trouble than its worth.
