How you would play?? let them bet or you?

Just wanted to run a situation by you guys, just to see how to play something like this.

The money is small, i know this, I don't know how much this affects the situation or not, but lets say that it really wasn't a big deal. People seem to be folding to any bets, normally, so it really doesn't see the river card that much. I have been dealt a few good hands prior to this, and most were folded to me after a bet. So not too many times have they been able to see my hands. (They don't know if i bluff alot)- that is what i'm thinking at least

Anyways, here is the hand:

You can see that everybody is nearly the same amount. Anyways, how would you have played this hand. Was it bad for me to raise in front and then raised when i had a good draw? Or should i have checked and let him try and bet? Just was curious to see if anybody else would play it different.

I don't know much about this limit, but given the pre-flop action, your play on the flop was standard.
