How would you have played these triple 10s?

Hey people... played this hand on Holdempoker today. It's a .15/.30 limit ring and my position is the button. Osvaldo was playing tight/passive and mikaelm was a calling station. Well played. I know this is limit but I'm wondering if you could have reraised on the flop after Osvaldo90 raised or it was capped by that point. Overall, good job! Hopefully, you won this pot.

yeah im a little confused with that specific point in the betting - clear that up for us if ya don't mind
other than that I take it you put one of your opponents on a flush draw and that they hit because you really slowed down after that

Probably the same way. I might have re-raised on the turn and river, depending on how Osvaldo was playing. I know you said he's playing tight/passive, but that's not enough info to really be sure what he's playing.

Osvaldo wasn't playing many hands and those he did play he simply checked along. Him betting like this worried me that he might have a better kicker than me. That's why I didn't cap the betting on the flop and instead called.

I can understand your reasoning for just calling the raise, but IMO, you still should have re-raised post-flop and tried to cap the bet. If for nothing else but information on the other players and to get the chasers who may have been after a lesser flush draw out of the hand. But simply calling the raise, you are giving the other players an oppurtunity to improve their hand. And look what happened: flush draw on the turn.

re: How would you have played these triple 10s?

If this was me with a fresh $50 bankroll after seeing the flop I no longer look at the board (community cards) and just look at my options(bet, raise, call, fold, and check) and I just raise raise raise raise and hope for the best. why? because:

1. tight player and calling station, bet em out.

2. fresh bankroll and what's the max I'll lose? $3.40

3. Just look at the flop.

4. the way I play is ridiculous, but looking at your notes 50/50 chance.

5. If I get beat, well I may just have 100% better notes. for future hands.

This maybe why I suck at poker, but flop trips and I say "Let it Ride"

I think .15/.30 is too low a level to try and analyse players. I'd have played this exactly the same as you - agree that with all those callers, your hand suddenly doesn't look like so much of a monster, and when the diamond flopped, it must have made someone a flush - you've got to call to the end though, coz if you dont someone will win with 2 pair (and you can always hit full house or even 4 of a kind).I do hate these ring games though, when you think they cant ALL possibly have hit flop too, or have a draw.
