How to make transitions

How do you spend time transitioning from different games (Hold'em-Omaha-Razz) and from styles (SnG's - Cash - MTT)? Do you like to play Hold'em for one week a month, all cash? or do you do one week tourneys of Horse then all stud the next? All cash, all tourneys, or intermingle everything in between?

Just asking to find what people find most effective for their own styles. Right now I am realizing I SUCK at NL Hold'em cash, so I will be fully focusing on SnG's until my BR can handle some educational bumps.
