How good is poker tracker?

Hi all, i am starting to take online poker very seriously and have independent spreadsheets to track, ring, sng & mtt. I'm using the rule of "never put more than 5% of your bankroll on the table for cash and SnG and 2% for mtt's." I've been recommended Poker Tracker but see that it costs $55 USD to get a code to work it properly. Does anyone use this program and ifso has it really helped your game? I'm not fussed about investing the money just want to make sure it is a worthwhile investment. All feedback appreciated. Thanks

I'm all-in. I suggest getting Poker Ace or Gametime along w/ it. It's an overlay that updates stats AS you play. Truly the best money I've ever spent on poker.

I was always wondering myself about Poker Tracker. I have downloaded poker stove, but I have not tried it.

If you use the trial version don't make the same mistake I did. I didn't delete my saved hand histories and I used my trial up before I got to try it out.

I think what he means is, if you have more than 1,000 hands saved on your hard drive already, Poker Tracker will import them, and your trial will end, you will not be able to import any more (for example, during current real time play).

Really though, just buy it, the trial isn't necessary.

Buy it, you'll find (meta)holes a lot faster than just analysing hands one by one or putting them up for HA. Poker Tracker allows you to easily see the real, important mistakes, the ones you do repeatedly and that come often (playing way too loose in EP, passive on the flop, etc.).

Really, just buy it. Now. Faster.

try getting the Poker tracker guide for $20, it is immensly useful in getting Poker Tracker to help you find leaks etc.
