How do you keep track of all the tourneys?

I have downloaded several sites and I am having trouble trying to get into the freeroll events before they fill up. I just missed the $1000 freeroll event on Full Tilt because I was doing somethig else when the registration opened. I had the site open on my computer but I still missed it. I guess I have to write the time of each tourney down and set a clock about 5 min before the tourney opens so I can be ready to get into it?

I have a list, which I update from time to time, saved on my PC, of the regular games which interest me at my favourite sites. The list is in chronological order from early morning to late evening. Any time I have a couple of hours spare, it`s a simple matter to look at the list and see what is coming up.

I use the day planner in my cell phone. 15 minutes before either registration or play of a game I want I have it go off. Gives me plenty of time to get to my computer if I'm in the house or outside. I always have my CP nearby so I hear the alarm go off anywhere. And you can program it for up to a year. Most new phones have something to in the calendar section to set reminders.

Ive invested in a day per page diary for next year.

Mainly because i always forget about that "big tourney" so with them listed at least i can choose not to play instead of forgetting to

I have some freeware calendar software on my computer that's set to pop up alerts when I need to remember something. I'd provide the link, but their web site seems to have disappeared... hope they're still making it because it's a nice little product. There are others you can find if you do a Google search.

I'm almost always at my computer so I'll go through all the sites every hour or so to see if there's anything I forgot.

I'm not advertising for the site, but if you're looking for a good reminder program this is the one I use, there is a free version available

Good ideas! I also have a dry eraseable calendar on the wall next to my pc...I try to set it up on a weekly basis,PLUS it lets the other pc user in the house (my son) know when to not even THINK about getting online at those times..

Was using a spreadsheet. Now using my IPaq 2495 pocket PC so I can keep track while on the go. Then I'll know if I can make an event or not. And if I'm close to home and not really busy with something else, I can scoot on home to play.
