Pedro, you need to take at least a couple days break. Sometimes I do that because sometimes the motivation or the mood is not there to play. You may be in a drone like state where you feel you have to keep up with your weekly playing routine, but that isn't the case especially when your not running good. I would say, don't move up or don't move down, especially if your bankroll is well suited for the level you are.

If you know you are playing good than pat yourself on the back, if your getting your money in with the best hands in good situations than you can't base your winnings on the outcome. You have to know that no matter the outcome you did what was right and you can't control what happens after that. Remember its a game of skill, but at the end of the day its still cards -- you can't control the outcome whether you get your money in with the best hands or not.

Take a break man, do some stuff that you don't normally do, get away from the computer and get out of the house. Just take your mind off of the game and get past the past results and give your chance a start to fresh again. If you've been playing at the same level for a long time you may have lost the motivation and the fun knowing that you are ready to move up to the next level but your still trying to pad your bankroll for that step.

If you've got the motivation to play than I say play more of what you don't normally do, if you play cash games all the time, play a few more tournaments, if you play strictly tournaments play a few more cash games. Me personally I like to switch to omaha, learning a game you don't play or playing a game you don't play often will bring back some fun to the game and help you put hold em back to perspective
