| HELP!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I'm at a local tournament. The blinds start at 25/50 and increase every 20 minutes. You start with 2500T dollars. Is this really enough time to sit and wait for good hands or should I start pushing with any two cards? Is it better to wait for a spot to double up with a strong hand and possibly blind out of a tourney? Or do I just go for the gusto and maybe piss off a few people? |

| This is enough time and high enough M to play smart poker. You have at least an hour before the blinds are anywhere near significant to the starting stack. |

| You have plenty of time to play normal poker. So it costs $75 per round, giving you and M of just over 33. (2500/75=33.3) You shouldn't start to get nervous until you have an M of around 10. And when your M is around 5 or 6 THEN you're looking to shove. |
