hand strategy analysis, basic question

very basic actually
i have no idea how to post a hand and i sometimes would really like to know if i played stupid or if the vilain was just beeing incredibly lucky.
Any usefull link to a userfriendly manual i could read.

Read the stuff in the above two links it should help you a little. Leave out results and don't be afraid to take a little critisim.
