Half pot limit Badugi- Carbon

Any one play this game?

I have been spending a fair amount of time (several evenings a week) playing it lately, and would like to talk about some situations.

For those not familiar with the structure its half pot limit with a set amount ante (0.10, 0.25, etc) and no blinds, 5max game. So for a $0.10 full game there is $0.50 in the pot before any cards are dealt. Max opening bet is $0.25 (min $0.10). A lot of the time it gets checked around before the first draw.

Don't know how helpful I can be but we've played together a time or two. I'm still trying to adjust to the pot control issues that plague me as my experience was at PS (pre black friday)on the limit games where I was able to build a decent roll.I do like the quick pace and action of the game.At PS it seems they had a bb sb structure that let you chose your spots and steal a bit more selectively.

Draw smooth, bet if you have a solid 3-card badugi on the last draw if anyone isn't pat. And snow a lot, because everyone draws too much.

I do this, but don't snow a lot. I find people calling too much, because they cant seem to fold.

Games have been picking up lately on merge. I see 2 $0.10 games going most evenings. I saw a $1 ante game going several times in the last week. ... i play the $0.10 game mostly, and the $0.25 occasionally.

Max buy in for the $0.10 game is $40.
