Free Roll Middle Help--dropping position fast

usually in the top 100 of by the time the first raise comes say anywher from 20th to 40th but as soon as the blinds go up seem to drop significantly in position any advice?

That's the point in the tourney where you should start loosening up and getting more aggressive.
you gotta switch gears at that point and start playing a wider range of hands.
Play more aggressively on the blinds aswell with A9 and KT type hands, but be cautious if you get a caller.
