| Fixing a Big Blind Leak I am putting this in a cash thread because this where I have seen the big leak from my game while playing in cash games. If it needs to be moved then please move. It seems I bleed chips from the big blind position. I will admit on steal attempts I tend to just call instead of raising. I also see myself calling a lot from the BB just because by the time it gets to me I have great pot odds to call ATC. Being OOP after the flop should I have a very tight range of hands to play from the BB? Should I start 3 betting over the top on an obvious steal attempt to defend my BB? Your feedback is appreciated. |

| re: Fixing a Big Blind Leak poker I actually just started using PT3. Is there a big difference? I assumed it was a leak because the bb and position 2 are the only positions im losing money in. I am not the most tech savy so if you can tell me how to post the whole history I will. I will say its a small sample size as well. Thanks for your help. |

There should be two small boxes at the top right of your "positions" window in PT3. Click the one that isnt a wrench. It will extend the window and at the bottom there will be an export option. Export and save the file. When posting in here in CC ue the advanced post option and click on the paperclip and upload your file/attachment. |

| I think in general that you are calling rather than raising too much.. also that is a pretty small sample so its hard to tell.. These are my position stats, but i am a fairly loose player, but i am happy enough with my blind stats, you have to expect them to be down, btw my sample size is pretty small as well |

| re: Fixing a Big Blind Leak poker Are you playing 6-max? If so, you must defend your BB by 3-betting, not by calling. And getting good pot odds is NOT the reason you defend with ATC, as rarely will you flop a big hand and normally have to surrender when your opponents c-bet. This is the major leak that you must fix otherwise it will become more costly as you move up. |

From the SB I have a -.01BB/100. The blinds are the only two positions I am losing money from. |
