Favor Blinds????

I tend to favor my blinds especially if they are suited or connected. Is this wrong?

A little confused as what you are asking. If you mean you would play a hand to a raise on one of the blinds, that you wouldnt play in late position then NO you have things the wrong way round.

The only thing to take into account on the blinds really is the fact that you have a little money in the pot already. other than that it is a horrible position to play from. You are either first or second to act after the flop, which can be a horrible place to be with the wrong flop (and sometimes with the right one).
Suited connectors are much more playable in late possition because if you miss the flop completely but it looks like every1 else did also you can try to take the pot, you do not have this info in first position until the next round which could make someones hand.


In general the blinds are aweful possitions

Just mean that I ten to play my blinds more often, especially if no one in late position raises.... I definately play high cards and suited and connectors, just wondering if this is totally wrong to do.....and maybe some good suggestions on playing.

Poker Tracker is a great tool to see if you are winning or losing playing your blinds. It tells you how many times you've called raises or steals in your blind and what hands you've played.
The blinds are where most players make the most mistakes as you are out of position with some money already in the pot. It's tricky because you don't want players getting the impression they can steal your blind all the time, but you also don't want to play marginal hands.

In general you dont want to be in early position with anything marginal, but it all depends on the game type and structure.

Dont be afraid to bluff from the blinds tho, a flop like 335 can be a great place for a check-raise

Completing from the sb with trash can be a huge leak in cash games. As is calling small raises in the bb b/c you think you have money already invested. I don't mind completing in the sb with sc's and broadways occasionally, but more often than not if there are a couple of limpers in the pot then I'm likely to raise the pot and try to take it down pf.
