Emmotion the most dangerous thing?
Alot of players let emotion and REVENGE drive their cards to be BETTER than what they are. If you truley want to be the best you can be you must play the with the cards and not with any feeling or regret. That's where alot of younger players go wrong that testosterone gets flowin and they cant hold back. But more than anything THAT is how u beat the "kiddies" the 16 and under group that think they have eveyhand. when you can get under their skin you own them.

well emotion would most certainly is a bigger deal in true table poker but since i rarely have the chat window open i can't imagine that emotion is all that important in online poker. Playing mind games with the kiddies well have fun i guess but hardly any money in it

Emotions are what always kill you--far more often than the cards. The only way to succeed in any form of gambling is to never hang on too tight--I'm always reminded of the quote from "Top Gun" when Maverick and Goose are able to go to Mirimar because the captains says the other candidate was "holding on too tight, he lost the edge". The best players are the ones who are the most indifferent, the ones who don't care if they go home with $0 at the end of the night--this doesn't mean play like a moron cuz you just don't care--but, it does mean that you shouldn't be afraid to take chances and you should never take yourself too seriously.
