| Is this graph all your hands or just hands where you have one pair? Whatever it is; It suggests that you are very aggressive and so winning a lot of pots through fold equity but not winning the majority of pots at showdown. I'm no HU expert but my basic understanding is that a LAG makes money because the red line goes up (he gets many folds) and that a TAG makes money because the blue line goes up (he shows down the best hand). Not many graphs have both positive. They tend to be one positive and one negative but the winners have it such that the net is positive (that is their winnings). I appreciate I haven't really answered your question but I just like looking at graphs. |

| re: does this mean i need 2 fold more pairs on river ~? poker That graph doesn't tell you anything about how you play pairs specifically. You're doing better in non-sd pots than showdown pots, but you're not getting clobbered at sd either. Typical for laggy players. Filter your database for one pair hands and review your 1. showdown w one pair hands 2. non-sd w one pair hands. Look for big pots for both, and medium pots for both. See if there are common situations that occur when you lose at sd in particular - did you get c/r'd on the turn and shoved/called/whatever over a villain that you should've folded to? I'm not familiar w HU play, I'm sure there are other situations/patterns you can look at as well. |
