A day on the rings.........

Good morning folks. This is the first time and likely the only time im going to do this. The story is between having a day off, having all my Christmas shopping done and looking to hit goldstar on pokerstars. So ive decided to play and treat this like a day at work.

Stint 1 - 9.30AM-11AM. Things are going well so far, its not as easy to find action on the tables as it is in the evenings. Still though I managed to find a maniac or two and the session was decent. Graph below. On break now before my next session at 11.30. Got myself 81VPPs.

NICE!!! You're going to need a bigger graph.

Session 2 : 11.30AM-1PM. This was insane, spend the first 100 or so hands card dead, lost a race with a shortstack he out flopped me with his AK vs my KK, things just turned around mid session when i stacked a few of the donks.

Towards the end of the sessions the muti-tabling nit regs have been starting to emerge killing the action on lots of tables. Anyway lunch time.

Stint 3: 2-4PM. Well I suppose things cant go my way all day That hand i got stacked on proved costly, lost another big pot when I have to fold a flopped staight when the board runner-runnered trips and donk shoved his obv boat. Nits are out to play in force at the moment.

Reg'd for a $79 KO tourney on FT, so im gonna cut back on the rings a little and only 3 table this time.

Yep 4. Could probably manage more but 4 is fine for me at the moment. Only going to play 3 this session because ive got an MTT running now as well. Just been moved to Aaron Bartleys table in the MTT

4PM-6PM : This was fustrating as hell, got a decent start, but just couldnt make progress in what was a very fustrating session. Got more than my fair share of pairs, but the one time I did flop a set i lost.

The MTT went ok, got 2 bounties worth $30 and finished 38th, kinda annoying but ok since i got in for $14 on a token.

Anyway graph, gonna take a break for a few hours might play again later.

how many fpps til gold? I've only got ~400 or so...

865 to go Chuck. Should be easy enough to grind that out now.

Next time you're in a squeeze for fpps try tightening up and playing more tables at 50nl or 25nl. I'm raking in fpps like there's no tomorrow.

So Chuck, I'm looking at the graph. The early session appeared to be mostly grinding it out, the sessions after the big hit you seem to have become more aggressive.
