| BRM and Multi-tabling How does multi-tabling play into BRM and determining level of play? For example, if I have $25 and wish to play 2NL, should I limit the number of simultaneous tables for good BRM or does it not matter? |

| re: BRM and Multi-tabling poker BRM speaking, how many tables you play has nothing to do with it as far as adjusting. Skill speaking, you should be playing the amount of tables that you have the highest win rate on and are making the most per hour on. If you can make 5bb/100 playing 1 table, but you can also make that playing 5 tables, but you drop down to only 1bb/100 at 6 tables, then you should be playing 5 tables, because then you're making the most per hour. If you're making 5bb/100 playing 1 table, but then drop to 2bb/100 with two tables, then you'll be making more playing 1 table. |

BTW $25 is kinda small for 2NL. I would like $100. Then again it don't matter cause if you go busto you can just throw in another $25. So really you could just say BRM doesn't even apply at all here because you have no level to drop down to if you get below certain amount of BI's.(another run on sentence) There are many BRM threads though so I won't do into it too much. So as long as you can play profitable poker multi-tabling then go for it. It has no effect on proper BRM. If you play losing poker multi-tabling then drop amount of tables until you are able to be profitable. Only you really know how many tables that is. If you don't, you should stick to one or two until you get the hang of it. |
