| Break Strategies Just curious what the cardschat community feels about activities during tuorney breaks (i am talking live tourneys here). A- Do you use breaks to relax and clear your mind, to get some fresh air or do whatever it is that you need to do (bathroom). B- Or do you discuss key hands with your buddies or other players? C- Or do you call home to check on the kids? I find that i am so hyped up that usually I go with B but probably should try to go with A. |

| I like to stand up and stretch during live tourney breaks. Gets the blood moving after sittng on my butt for an hour. Also, I force myself to use the restroom so the urge doesn't sneak up on me during play. |

| My live play is usually at the bar so i usually go have a smoke (when I am smoking) and relax. That is what mostly everyone does since we cant smoke at the tables here. |
