Best way to find your own leaks?

I use poker tracker 3, I know alot of people use HEM, but I was wondering the best way to find your leaks in PT3? I see all of the different stats but there are so many, I really don't know how to make sense of it, what are the averages? I know what the stats all stand for and mean, but what do I compare it to? If any one has a decent guide on PT3, let me know.

You can post stats here and people will look at them for you. Standard numbers depend on your limit, # of players, game played. Also note that there should be correlation between the numbers (for example, tighter opening range should lead to higher AF and W$SD)

HEM article aided guesstimates for NLHE 6max:

VPIP/PFR: 16/13 - 30/25
AF: 1.5 - 3.0
Steal%: 25-40%
FSBTS: 80-95%
FBBTS: 70-85%
FCbet: 60-85%
WTSD: 20-30%
W$SD: 45-55%
