Best nights for live poker?

What are the best nights/times to play live poker? I know friday and saturday are primarily good nights, since its the end of the week and most people in the pokerroooms are just looking to gamble and have fun. But besides those two nights what others should i look for to be playing a more "soft" game.

Like have you had experience where playing a cash game during a tournament thats also occuring is good to catch people on tilt after busting out etc. Or if maybe a monday night brings forward alot of people trying to rid themselves of the monday woes...

I know it's obviously very dependant on what your personal experience has been to dictate your suggestions, but i still wanna hear em =] ( I just love live cash games and want to play as often as i can, but don't want to be up against the regular sharks.. not yet )
