Being aggressive with a draw

When are you aggressive on a draw in 1 2 no limit, 2 5 no limit cash games and in tournements?

Also with super system, are you supposed to limp witih suited connectors and gappers or raise preflop?

way to general of a question, but sure i'll bet a draw if i have enough outs or think i can take pot with a bet , or think a small bet will block a bigger bet. size of game dosn't matter still just chips and same 52 cards.
good drawing hand plays well in multi way pot , encourage family pot.
