After playing today's Titan Freeroll, I tried another freerol with the moron approach

I suggest that nobody approach playing cards this way.. my hand well is garbage..and the 2 callers were thinking along the same lines.. I do not advocate doing what I did. Yet it goes to show the same observations of the people with the I don't care attitudes..I personally couldn't stop laughing cause my hand had won. Now in real time/life/money this would and shouldn't be done by me and/or those other 2 players.

LOL im glad you won the hand, but you hit the nail rite on the head, thats exactly what the freerollers do, ive gotten beat like that numerious times in our freerolls, Last week i got pocket AA`s and a guy went allin so i called he had a 2 and a 3 and ended up with 2 pairs and i was out of the tourney. buck

I think I might try 3 or 4 freerolls with a blindfold on and see what happens. What the heck, can't be any worse than getting outdrawn by someone else's slop pockets. Glad you won the hand though twizzy

Calling an all in with low pocket pair? I don't know what was the worst move. Going all in with 6, 10 unsuited especially in early position or calling the all in with low pocket pair. It's great you won the hand though!

Agree-Agree-Agree-I'm telling you it's not a competition game but a "Guts" game anymore. << LOL >> Have to be totally honest with all I'm getting burnt out on those week after week. Just my own opinion.

I have been a regular participant in the Sunday freeroll for quit a spell now. I thought it might help if some of the regular participants in the buyins were there to talk up the site & such, plus now & again I would end up at a table with one or another of the regulars, always a pleasure for me. So far this month I have made 2 final tables, 2nd & 10th, and frankly I am tired of the sitouts and the loose play. JL told me Sunday that it was probably going to be his final Sunday freeroll & I have decided to join him. The tourney fills up anyway & all I get out of it are bad habits and bad beats. At least when Shelynn, Rob, Buck, JL, Chris, 6's, or any of the other regulars take my money I get the benefit of their good company as well as an opportunity to improve as a poker player. So long to the freerolls and to the freerollers I wish you all well. I am going to spend my time reading more of the great articles we have here and trying to improve as a player. Hope we can get some kind of a regular buyin going on Sunday but if not see you at the regular buyins and here at the forum. My goodness, I am usually not this long winded but, oh hell I will just shut up now.
