6 max or 9 max?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of playing either 6 or 9 max tables? Poker Tracker has me rated as Tight-Agressive/Passive. Which one would benifit me more? I only have about 6 buy-ins for $10NL so I'm not going to test it out without some decent input. Thanks.

9 people are for tighter players and 6 handed are for aggresive players

I think with a limited BR, it's best to stick to FR. The variance is higher plus, you'll have to post more blinds.

Agreed that you'll have to be more aggressive in 6 max. With a limited BR, you'll be affected psychologically. You'll have to play more marginal hands and a lot depends on your post flop skills. Stealing blinds becomes a must.
