I keep my arm level with the mouse but am thinking of getting a gel pad like the one shown. I already have some CT so have a brace which I use when my wrist starts to hurt but was told to be careful using it all the time as it could actually make my wrist weaker. Don't know how much truth there is in that, might want to google it. |

| I have an older model, but I've had luck with bamboo pen by wacom. (notice, not the "pen and touch" model) One of the huge benefits of this is you can hover the pen above the writing surface, and the mouse cursor still tracks properly. also, the pen does not require batteries. Of course, everyone's ergonomic issues are different. Your results may differ from mine. If there are any artists in the house, all the better. EDIT: If you are looking for a zero cost solution, consider playing left handed for about a week. (or vice versa) Last edited by rubin427 : 6th April 2011 at 7:55 PM. Reason: add left handed idea. |
