| 3-Betting Range (%) for 6-Max Ring Games? I've heard for Full Ring that 3-betting more than 5% is important. But what about 6-max. I'd imagine it should be even more, but how much more? Do any of you 6-max players know a good guideline, without regard to your opponents, which obviously is an important consideration, too. |

| Self pimpage in 3... 2... 1... Move Beyond the Hand Chart: 3-bets & 4-bets preflop in No Limit Hold'em Cash Games There's no magic percentage that's good. You can 3-bet 1% at full ring and be awesome. You can 3-bet 5% and be terrible. The trick is 3-betting to achieve the result you want (which usually means you want your opponent to make a mistake). |
