sb is 28/25/7 over 645 hands so i have some history with this dude , i seen him 3Bvst w/ t9s KJ, and some other stealyish hands. for 2nl he's actually one of the better villains i face.

The reasoning is because you're 4-handed. Imo, shoving range opens up quite a bit when 4-handed and I'm sure your villain here thinks so too. Given the fact that we'll face this person so much, I have no problem with making a potential mistake here and remembering the image that we've put in this villain's head. I could see his 3-bet range being 77+ AJs+ AQo+ so I think we're looking pretty good and can get some value out of a 4-bet.
